Voncella the manager is an awesome person. She went above and beyond her duty to make sure I was taken care of. Bella Nissan of Union City has a great employee on their hand. Brandon the mechanic is also a very nice person. He’s respectful, hardworking and he makes sure that vehicle is on point. I love my 2025 Kicks and glad that I came to Bella Nissan of Union City to purchase my FIRST brand new truck! Came in today for oil change and tire rotation and the customer service was awesome from the time I pulled up to the completion of the service. My sales advisor Najalee Johnson at Bella Nissan strikes again! I had a minor incident on 20 that damaged my front bumper and lower panel. Quite naturally, I was upset. I called Najalee she immediately sprung into action. She connected me with my Service Advisor Brandon Kearse. I brought my vehicle in. Brandon broke down to me the damage, the cost, and what finance options I have. I was issued a 2025 Nissan Murano as a loaner! Oh My God I loved that car! I was given a 2 weeks time frame. My car was ready in a week and half! During that time I was going through bereavement. Brandon extended his condolences and advised me to take my time to return the loaner. When I arrived to return the loaner and pick up my vehicle the process was quick, easy and professional! Brandon Kearse is the #1 Guy!

During a recent service visit, Brandon identified that I had mistakenly purchased a tire I didn’t need due to my extended warranty. He worked diligently to help me resolve the issue, demonstrating the professionalism, integrity, and thoroughness that make him the best service representative at the company. I also had the pleasure of meeting the new service manager, Jeremy, who was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make things right. I’ve been a loyal customer since 2016, and thanks to exceptional service like this, I will continue to be.

But the service I received from start to finish...totally superb. professionalism in listening to resolving concerns..I cannot say enough about the expertise, the patience and the feeling of being humbly loved by both starting with Sean and then through my Service Advisor, Brandon Kearser not rushing but excercising detail in a very timely manner! Then, to Devontae in service, I trust Nissan Bella to my car care and longevity. These mentioned are extremely valuable to the Company.. sincerely, customer that matters! I came into this dealer for services on my radar. The work was done several hours later and noticed that some boats were loss in my car and my AC was not cooling. The job was reached and have done. There needs to be some type of leadship on getting the job done right the first team. I talked with the manager and walked him through everything that was done and he corrected the issue and made my experience great after all the back in forth. Its hard to get into with the coordinator there at that location and I have been coming there years. Thanks to the manager for taking charge of the situation. On 8/22/2024- I met Brandon James, It was a great service advisor. He took care of all my car needs, he was very intelligent young man and made my visit very comfortable. He didn't try to sale me with the non sense of must advisor and treated me with respect. I definitely will be back, Brandon Thank you for your excellent service!!!
