Chantel is the best service advisor at Nissan, she's very knowledgeable. Very professional and professional you can tell she loves her job and what she do. I was in and out as planned thank you all so much!!

I got my car serviced here and it had to be kept for a couple days. After having a bad experience somewhere else, I was very thankful that my advisor Chantel continued to communicate with me about my service and helped me get into a rental car as soon as possible. I also used the shuttle services and the driver was very nice. Only thing I have complaints about is I was getting multiple calls from the sales department throughout the day after I told them I was working and I only wanted to answer calls that had to do with my service.

(another dealership tried to trick me into believing I needed a new transmission with a phony DEAD CODE when all I needed was a new intake hose and Mass Air Flow Sensor) I appreciate Ryan for his attentiveness, and his valuable insight, PeeWee is the lifesaver he got me in and out so I can make it to my nephews party I’m grateful for these two

Bella Nissan is my go to for all things service. They always goes above and beyond. I travel 30 minutes away even with a Nissan close by because service here is efficient and customer service is top tier. I love the system they have in place. They even give a complimentary car wash! Chantel Ross is great!

10/14/24: Called and was greeted by a live rep. Confirmed parts were available and an available slot for same day service. Once I arrived on site, I was greeted with great energy and great customer service. Staff offered everyone free snacks while waiting. Staff kept me updated on the nature of repairs. Average wait time for repair services. Clean establishment. Nice size waiting room. Would recommend. Thank you Chantel (service advisor) and Joshua (service tech) and other staff members of Bella Nissan!
